It's a classic horror setup: A bunch of people are trapped on a yacht with a killer mutant cat that's hidden inside a regular cat, like some sort of furry matryoshka doll of death.
Wait... what?!
When a group of sexy young adults take up an invite from a middle-aged financial fraudster to join him on his yacht, they think they're in for the party of a lifetime. But they make one crucial mistake: they bring along a random, stray cat - one that just happened to be part of a medical experiment that has somehow transformed its insides into another mutant cat (it's all a little confusing), and that interior cat has a tendency to pop out and kill people when spooked. Well, from point forward, it's all screaming and fighting and trying to escape from a murderous feline puppet.
UNINVITED may be the best/worst cat horror film featured at Bad Movie Night - which is saying something, because it's not the only one!* Plus, it has some of the most unbelievably awful sound editing for any movie ever.
*The first movie was the made-for-TV STRAYS, which featured no killer mutant cats, but did have more murderous cats in general.
